Behind The Needle

Each Roses N’ Guns piece starts with a hunt and ends with a Crafted Statement. From sourcing vintage workwear to stitching every patch by hand, this is where the hustle meets the craft.

How It’s Made

The process starts by sourcing authentic Carhartt vests and jackets from random locations like military surplus shops, swap meets, local vintage spots, and online platforms.

The next step is gathering enough iron-on patches to bring the blank canvas to life. Shipped from a network of vendors across the country, 15 to 25 carefully curated patches are typically needed to capture the intended theme. Every patch must earn its place, with many being rare and exclusive. Once the design layout is finalized, the patches are heat-pressed and secured by hand or machine stitching to ensure durability.

We can’t share the full process but check out the behind-the-scenes photos below. Roses N' Guns products aren’t quick customs or print-on-demand pieces—they’re crafted with time, effort, and hustle.
