Behind The Needle

Every Roses N’ Guns piece starts with a niche theme and the right patch. We help you turn a blank canvas into a wearable story.

How It’s Made

It all starts with our growing collection of niche patches. Some we design, some we discover in unexpected places. Next is the hunt for Carhartt vests at military surplus shops, swap meets, flea markets, vintage racks, and secret websites. Every garment arrives with its own miles before it meets the needle.

We sift through dozens of options before the final 15–25 patches make the cut. Every patch has to earn its place, whether it’s a rare find, a bold statement, or the small detail that ties the whole theme together. Layouts are built by eye, adjusted by feel, and locked in only when the story makes sense. Once the design is set, patches are heat-pressed and reinforced with hand or machine stitching.

Patch Kits

Not everyone wants a finished vest, and we respect that. Our curated patch kits bring the same curation into a DIY format. Get the patches you want and apply them to any canvas to make a statement.

We can’t share the full process but check out the behind-the-scenes photos below. Roses N' Guns products aren’t quick customs or print-on-demand pieces—they’re crafted with time, effort, and hustle.
